How long will it take to get listed?

Currently most sites submitted in the correct category will be listed within a month of submission.

How can I suggest a new category?

You can make a suggestion via the comments field when you suggest a website. If you have a site that doesn't seem to fit anywhere, simply add it to the closest higher-level category, and a new category will be created for it if appropriate.

My site was not listed, when should I resubmit it?

Wait at least a year before resubmitting a site, and ensure that it conforms to the submission guidelines.

What are "Additional Local Results"?

These additional results sometimes appear in the Regional category. These are websites which are related to the county or town in question, but which are also listed elsewhere in the directory as well. For example, a website about a shop based in London may be found in the Business > Retail category, and also as an additional listing under Regional > England > London.

How do I change the details of a listed website?

Do you list international websites serving an English audience or English customers?

Yes, although they must have an English trading address which is not a P.O. box.
